NOVELTY - Preparing low-contact resistance electrode comprises (i) preparing the raw material needed by the low-contact resistance electrode for preparing the vanadium redox flow battery, (ii) uniformly mixing the raw material by the professional staff by mechanical method, and (iii) assembling and welding the prepared bipolar plate and carbon felt. USE - Preparing low-contact resistance electrode for vanadium redox flow battery. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the electrode and the contact plate of the resistor, reduces the charging and discharging battery polarization, improves the voltage efficiency and energy efficiency of the galvanic pile, improves the assembly level of the galvanic pile, and reduces the possibility of heat deformation of the bipolar plate.
