NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises dispersing graphite oxide in water under ultrasonic wave oscillation to obtain suspension of graphene oxide; adding aluminum and alkali, reacting to obtain mixed liquid; and filtering mixed liquid, washing with acid and water and drying. The alkali is sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not use toxic raw material and protects environment. The graphene has electrical property and high surface area.
