▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing mixed nanometer reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-bismuth-carbon nanotube(CNT) sodium ion battery cathode complex material, comprises (1) dissolving 2.5-2.7 g bismuth(III) nitrate in 30-60 ml ethylene glycol, and adding 100-400 μl 3-aminopropylmethoxysilane, and stirring to form uniform suspension, (2) adding 0.05-0.15 g carboxy-containing multi-walled carbon nanotubes to suspension, and magnetic stirring to form uniform mixed suspension, (3) moving suspension into 80-100 ml polytetrafluoroethylene and placing it in autoclave at 160-200°C for 10-14 hours, (4) dispersing 10-30 mg of 3-5 layers of graphene oxide in mixed solution of deionized water and absolute ethanol, dissolving 0.05-0.15 g sample obtained in step (3) and ultrasonically stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours, centrifuging and drying at 40-70°C for 10-14 hours, (5) keeping dried sample at 600-1000℃ for 1-3 hours in tube furnace with high-purity nitrogen gas and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing mixed nanometer reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-bismuth-carbon nanotube(CNT) sodium ion battery cathode complex material. ADVANTAGE - The multi-layer hybrid nanostructure has more excellent electron conduction path and a larger volume expansion space.
