NOVELTY - A binder comprises 15-20 pts. wt. natural rubber, 7-10 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1.3-2.2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. accelerator, 0.8-1.2 pt. wt. silicon carbide, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 30-40 pts. wt. polyester matrix resin, 30-40 pts. wt. acrylate monomer, 25-30 pts. wt. 5,6-benzo-2-methyl-1,3-dioxetane. The polyester matrix resin is prepared using 27-33 pts. wt. saturated dicarboxylic acid and 35-40 pts. wt. alicyclic diol. USE - Binder used for repairing solar backsheet substrate crack. ADVANTAGE - The binder improves the overall strength and weathering performance of the solar backsheet and provides long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of binder, which involves (1) placing saturated dicarboxylic acid and alicyclic diol in a kettle, reacting to obtain polyester matrix resin, (2) carrying out free radical copolymerization of acrylate monomer and 5,6-benzo-2-methyl-1,3-dioxetane, (3) adding natural rubber, diatomaceous earth, graphene powder and titanium dioxide, heating to 55-60 degrees C, stirring and mixing for 30-40 minutes, (4) adding modified polyester resin and accelerator, stirring and mixing at 50-55 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, (5) adding silicon carbide and antioxidant and stirring at 45-50 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
