NOVELTY - Phase change temperature adjusting type gypsum board comprises 80-90 mass% gypsum powder, and 10-20 mass% phase change microcapsule. USE - The phase change temperature-adjusting gypsum board is useful for building. ADVANTAGE - The phase change temperature adjusting type gypsum board has high heat storage ability, good durability, high heat transfer efficiency and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing phase change temperature adjusting gypsum board which involves: (1) mixing the wheat flour with water, performing pasting reaction; mixing the octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether-10 and graphene water solution to prepare compounded emulsifier; weighing at phase change temperature of 21-26degrees Celsius, paraffin, compound emulsifier and deionized water, performing emulsifying treatment to obtain stable oil-in-water emulsion; adding the gelatinized flour into the oil-in-water emulsion, stirring uniformly, adding aliphatic polyamine to the mixture of gelatinized flour and oil-in-water emulsion to obtain phase-change microcapsule emulsion; (2) mixing the desulfurized gypsum powder, water reducing agent and coagulation accelerator, preparing into mixed powder; (3) mixing the mixed powder, phase change microcapsule emulsion and water, forming the wet plasterboard after forming and extruding; and (4) forming the wet gypsum board through hardening process, cutting, and dry the phase change temperature adjusting type gypsum board.
