NOVELTY - Bentonite is added to dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide, stirred and aged, to obtain dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide-modified bentonite suspension. 4-Dimethylaminopyridine is added to suspension, stirred, and precipitate is separated from liquid, washed, dried, ground and sieved, to obtain modified bentonite powder. Modified bentonite powder is heated, vacuum calcined and cooled. Calcined powder is added to hydrofluoric acid solution, stirred, precipitated and dried. The obtained product is heated and cooled, to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene sheet. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene sheet by simple method under mild reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bentonite is sieved to 20-50 mesh and added to 0.5-1 mmol dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide with concentration of 0.1-1 %mass, stirred at 60-70 degrees C for 5-6 hours in water bath and aged for 12-24 hours, to obtain dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide-modified bentonite suspension. 1-3 mmol 4-Dimethylaminopyridine is added to dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide-modified bentonite suspension, stirred at 60-70 degrees C for 6-8 hours in water bath, and precipitate is separated from liquid, washed with deionized water for 2-3 times, dried, ground and sieved to 20-40 mesh, to obtain modified bentonite powder. Modified bentonite powder is placed in vacuum furnace, heated under vacuum at 400-600 degrees C, vacuum calcined for 2-4 hours and cooled to room temperature. Calcined powder is added to 5-10 ml hydrofluoric acid solution with concentration of 20-40 %mass, stirred under nitrogen for 3-4 hours, precipitated and dried under vacuum. The obtained product is heated at 2000-2500 degrees C for 3-6 hours and cooled, to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene sheet.
