NOVELTY - Preparing a three-dimensional nano-grid structure, comprises growing a plurality of nano-wires on a substrate (1) to form an array, a plurality of the nano-wires are arranged to form a nano-wire support (2) for fixing and arranging a nanoparticles, placing the nano-particles in nano-wire support, and introducing active gas under the high temperature condition to make the nano-particles react with the active gas to generate cross-linked nano-wire, where the cross-linked nano-wire or cross-linked nano-wire and nano-wire support are crosslinked to form a three-dimensional nano-grid structure. The reactant comprises metal oxide, metal nitride, metal chloride, metal sulfide and/or metal organic matter. The catalyst comprises metal simple substance or alloy. The material of the layered nano-material comprises gallium oxide, titanium oxide, cobalt oxide, nickel oxide, indium oxide, indium nitride, gallium nitride, titanium nitride, cobalt nitride, nickel nitride, graphene and/or composite. USE - The three-dimensional nano-grid structure is useful in electronic device, pressure sensor, a gas sensor, and electrochemical sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure: is simple and economical; has high reliability and large surface area.
