▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process for preparing biosensor involves synthesizing graphene functionalized with amino groups with anti-α -fetoprotein (AFP) monoclonal antibody and its controlled deposition on the surface of a sensor with surface acoustic waves (SAW) by performing direct transfer induced by krypton fluoride laser beam in UV at a fluence of 100 mJ/cm2of a thin pixel of graphene functionalized with anti-AFP antibody on golden electrodes. USE - The process is useful for preparing biosensor, which is used for detecting tumor marker i.e. AFP for diagnosing hepatic cancer. ADVANTAGE - The process prepares biosensor, which rapidly diagnoses hepatic cancer, determines small amounts of AFP in blood, and continuously monitors AFP concentrations.
