NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene conductive ink comprises 0.09-6.40 wt.% grapheme, 8.10-63.36 wt.% water, 3-24 wt.% grinding medium, 1.50-24 wt.% conductive particles, 3-8 wt.% second auxiliary agent, 10-50 wt.% resin adhesive, and 5-20 wt.% first auxiliary agent comprising dispersant and defoaming agent, where pH value of the aqueous graphene conductive ink is 8-10, viscosity is 3000-30000 mPa.S, and square resistance is 100-5000 Omega . USE - Used as aqueous graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive ink has good conductivity and long-term stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparing the aqueous graphene conductive ink, comprising (i) uniformly mixing the grinding medium, the first auxiliary agent and aqueous based graphene slurry to obtain first mixture, (ii) mixing the conductive particles with the first mixture, dispersing, and stirring uniformly to obtain second mixture, (iii) the grinding the second mixture until the diameter of solid particle is less than 5 mu m, and filtering to obtain graphene conducting black, and (iv) dispersing the graphene conductive black, resin binder and first auxiliary agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain aqueous graphene conductive ink; (2) electric heating structure, comprising insulating base, aqueous graphene conductive ink heating layer, an electrode, and an insulating protective film from bottom to top; and (3) electric heating device, comprising the electric heating structure.
