The outer layer protective coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. thermosetting resin, 1-9 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-4 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1.5-5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. ultra-fine quartz powder, 1-5 pts. wt. synthetic mica powder, 0.3-2 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent, 0.3-1 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.3-2 pts. wt. stabilizing agent, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. inorganic pigment and 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. coupling agent. The inner layer primer comprises a pipeline inner wall coating and a pipeline outer wall coating. The pipeline inner wall coating includes 25-35 pts. wt. thermoplastic resin, 1-9 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, and 1-5 pts. wt. muscovite powder, 0.5-3 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. inorganic pigment and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - The anti-corrosion powder coating is useful for protecting pipeline.
