▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Transferring two-dimensional material by using higher fatty alcohol or higher fatty acid, comprises e.g. (1) spin-coating the heated and melted higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid on surface of a two-dimensional material growing on a substrate, and then cooling and curing to obtain a higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material/substrate complex, (2) etching off the substrate by using etching liquid to obtain a higher aliphatic alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material complex, (3) transferring the resultant to surface of warm water, and fully relaxing the higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material complex to eliminate the wrinkles of the original two-dimensional material, and (4) transferring the resultant and performing vacuum thermal annealing to remove moisture between the two-dimensional material and target substrate to enable higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material complex to be tightly attached to the target substrate. USE - The method is useful for transferring two-dimensional material by using higher fatty alcohol or higher fatty acid. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high cleanliness and less folds; and is suitable for physical property research and practical application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring two-dimensional material by using higher fatty alcohol or higher fatty acid, comprises (1) spin-coating the heated and melted higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid on the surface of a two-dimensional material growing on a substrate, and then cooling and curing to obtain a higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material/substrate complex, (2) etching off the substrate by using etching liquid to obtain a higher aliphatic alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material complex, (3) transferring the higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material complex to the surface of warm water, and fully relaxing the higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material complex to eliminate the wrinkles of the original two-dimensional material, (4) transferring the higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material complex to the surface of a target substrate, and performing vacuum thermal annealing to remove moisture between the two-dimensional material and target substrate to enable the higher fatty alcohol or fatty acid/two-dimensional material complex to be tightly attached to the target substrate, and (5) cleaning by using an organic solvent to remove the higher aliphatic alcohol or fatty acid coating to obtain the product. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for transferring two-dimensional material by using higher fatty alcohol or higher fatty acid (Drawing includes non-English language text).
