NOVELTY - Nanoparticle-modified aqueous white wood sealing primer, comprises 30-50 pts. wt. nano-modified core-shell aqueous dispersion, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. pH adjuster, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 10-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-10 pts. wt. far-infrared ceramic powder, 5-10 pts. wt. talc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 0.2-2 pts. wt. nano-modified boron nitride, 2-4 pts. wt. core film-forming aids, 1-3 pts. wt. shell film-forming aids, 5-10 pts. wt. water, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antifungal agent, 1-3 pts. wt. grinding aid and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. thickener as component A, and 65-80 pts. wt. hydrophilic modified aromatic polyisocyanate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. dehydrating agent and 20-35 pts. wt. cosolvent as component B. USE - The nanoparticle-modified aqueous white wood sealing primer is useful in coating for far-infrared baking devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sealing primer has better grinding performance, adhesive force, anti-swelling performance, fast drying speed, better thickness coating, reduced thick film wrinkling and even cracking condition, reduced comprehensive application energy consumption in the forming coating, fast hardness and strength of the coating, and improved production efficiency of coating. The coating has excellent anti-swelling ability and adhesion. The baking time of the primer is shortened, and the light heat transfer efficiency of the coated layer is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) Preparing nanoparticle-modified aqueous white wood sealing primer, comprising mixing and grinding thickener with water, then adding wetting agent, dispersant, defoamer, titanium dioxide, nano-modified boron nitride, far-infrared ceramic powder, talcum powder, calcium carbonate, and grinding aids, mixing with the nano-modified core-shell aqueous dispersion, adding pH adjuster, core film-forming aid, shell film-forming aid, leveling agent, mildew inhibitor and mixing evenly to form component A, mixing the hydrophilic modified aromatic polyisocyanate with a cosolvent, and then adding a dehydrating agent to form the component B, mixing A component and the B component uniformly to obtain final product; (2) Coating, comprising far-infrared baking of nanoparticle-modified aqueous white wood sealing primer; and (3) Use of nanoparticle-modified aqueous white wood utensil sealing primer in sealing primers for far-infrared baking devices, where far-infrared wavelength range emitted by the far-infrared baking device is 7-15 microm.
