NOVELTY - Photosensitive graphene slurry comprises 35-60 wt.% organic component and 40-65 wt.% inorganic component; the organic component comprises 10-70 wt.% organic polymerizable monomer, 5-50 wt.% diluent, 0.5-5 wt.% photoinitiator, 0.5-5 wt.% photosensitizer, 5-25 wt.% binder, 10-40 wt.% organic solvent, and 0.5-2 wt.% dispersant; inorganic component comprises 31-75 wt.% conductive functional phase, and 23-45 wt.% sintering auxiliary agent. USE - The photosensitive graphene slurry is useful for heating device. ADVANTAGE - The heating device provides a kind of fast heating and uniformly heating the cigarette, final temperature suitable for photosensitive graphene and its preparation method and heating device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Preparing the photosensitive graphene slurry comprising (1) mixing the organic polymerizable monomer with the diluent to obtain the first composition; (2) taking part of the first composition and mixing with photoinitiator and photosensitizer to obtain the second composition; (3) mixing the conductive functional phase with sintering auxiliary agent to obtain a premixed composition; (4) taking the dispersant, part of the organic solvent, and part of the first composition and mixing them evenly, and adding the premixed composition to grind and mix evenly to obtain the third composition; (5) mixing the remaining organic solvent, the remaining first composition, and the binder in a water bath to obtain a fourth composition; (6) adding the fourth composition to the third composition, and mixing and homogenizing to obtain the fifth composition; and (7) adding the fifth composition to the second composition, mixing and homogenizing to obtain photosensitive graphene slurry. Heating device, the heating device adopts the photosensitive graphene slurry and is used to heat the substrate, including: quartz glass tube, the top end of the quartz glass tube is open and has an inner cavity connected with the opening for inserting the substrate to be heated; graphene heating coating, the graphene heating coating is composed of photosensitive graphene slurry coated on the inner surface of the quartz glass tube according to the preset pattern path, graphene heating coating is used to heat the ring side of the substrate to be heated; pattern path includes two coating areas arranged diagonally on the side of the inner ring of the quartz glass tube along the height direction of the quartz glass tube; end heating unit, the heating end of the end heating unit faces the bottom end of the quartz glass tube and heats the bottom end of the quartz glass tube; and outer tube, the outer tube is sheathed on the outer surface of the quartz glass tube, including a liquid crystal temperature-sensitive color-changing coating for providing a color-changing coating area, and a through hole or window showing at least part of the color-changing coating area.
