▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing polythiophene/graphene/attapulgite conductive composite, involves weighing graphene and attapulgite in mass ratio of 1:5-10, and then solid-liquid ratio of 1:30-40. The graphene oxide is added into the aqueous ethanol solution, and dispersed by ultrasonic for 20-40minutes. The graphene oxide is dispersed, and the attapulgite is added to the dispersion of the graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing polythiophene/graphene/attapulgite conductive composite (claimed) for manufacturing antistatic coating. ADVANTAGE - Method enables to prepare polythiophene/graphene/attapulgite conductive composite that has excellent conductivity and mechanical property, and also has good flexibility, heat resistance and chemical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polythiophene/graphene/attapulgite conductive composite, involves weighing graphene and attapulgite in mass ratio of 1:5-10, and then solid-liquid ratio of 1:30-40. The graphene oxide is added into the aqueous ethanol solution, and dispersed by ultrasonic for 20-40minutes. The graphene oxide is dispersed, and the attapulgite is added to the dispersion of the graphene oxide. The ultrasonic dispersion is carried out for 30-50minutes, with high-purity argon purge 1-2hours after the 300-500Watt iodine-tungsten lamp and configured the 420nanometer cut-off filter to filter out the ultra violet light. The light source is opened for photocatalytic reduction of graphene coating, and the exposure is continued for 2-3hours, subjected to suction filter. The filter cake is washed with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol for 3-4 times, at 60-70 degrees C and dried for 5-7hours, ground and sieved to obtain graphene-coated attapulgite. The graphene-coated attapulgite and thiophene monomers are weighed at a mass ratio of 1:0.4-0.6, and then the graphene-coated attapulgite is added to chloroform at a solid-liquid ratio of 1:30-40, subjected to ultrasonic dispersion for 20-30minutes to obtain first slurry. The thiophene monomer is dissolved in 20-30 times of the volume of chloroform. The second solution is added to the first slurry under ice bath. Anhydrous ferric chloride is added to thiophene monomer in mole ratio of 4:1, and mechanically stirred for 8-10hours. The solvent is evaporated, and then 1mole/l of hydrochloric acid solution is added for 3-4 times to the filtrate, washed and dried at 50-60 degrees C for 20-24hours to obtain polythiophene/graphene/attapulgite conductive composite material.
