NOVELTY - Preparing titanium dioxide and graphene composite nano material, comprises taking graphene oxide aqueous solution and tert-butylamine, and mixing to obtain mixed liquid, adding titanium precursor solution, microwave-assisted heating at 120-200 degrees C, magnetically stirring, producing organic phase solution, then separating the titanium dioxide to obtain graphene nano composite material, where the titanium precursor solution comprises N-propyl titanate, organic coating agent and toluene. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium dioxide and graphene composite nano material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano material has high quality, good crystallinity, narrow particle size distribution, and controllable size, and can be uniformly dispersed in the graphene-based surface, does not fall off, does not form agglomeration, and has good stability.
