NOVELTY - Waterproof building material based on self-repairing ability comprises 30-40 pts. wt. pure acrylic polymer emulsion, 6-12 pts. wt. modified carbon fiber powder, 12-16 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 1.5-2.0 pts. wt. polyurethane emulsion, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1.0-1.5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 3-7 pts. wt. organosiloxane, 4-8 pts. wt. inorganic black iron oxide nano-particles, 4-8 pts. wt. inorganic solvent, 9-13 pts. wt. n-propyl trimethoxy silane, 4-8 pts. wt. curing agent, 5-9 pts. wt. rosin modified epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt. in-situ emulsion, 2-6 pts. wt. repairing agent, 6-10 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 5-12 pts. wt. active agent, 11-15 pts. wt. graphene, 7-11 pts. wt. cottonseed oil, 8-12 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 1-6 pts. wt. ceramic micro powder and purified water (specific amount). USE - Used as waterproof building material based on self-repairing ability. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent prolonged service life; improves the material and curing agent contact, material curing rate, self-repairing process; ensures the multi-dimensional coordinate integrity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the waterproof building material based on self-repairing ability comprising (i) pouring the inorganic black iron oxide nano-scale particles into ball milling device for fine grinding, then screening by a 250-meshes sieve, injecting a solvent into the screened inorganic black iron oxide nano-scale particles according to the proportion of 1:7 to obtain a mixed dispersion solution, (ii) adding organic siloxane and n-propyl trimethoxy silane into the resultant mixed dispersion solution in a closed nitrogen environment, stirring and mixing, adjusting the pH value to 7, keeping the temperature for reaction, allowing to stand and filtering to obtain a filter cake, washing and drying to obtain modified magnetic particles, (iii) mixing an aqueous phase solution containing an in-situ emulsion, a repairing agent, a antifoaming agent and an active agent with the resultant modified magnetic particle oil phase to form an oil-in-water O/W type emulsion and forming a microcapsule in a light irradiation crosslinking mode,(iv) injecting pure acrylic polymer emulsion, modified carbon fiber powder, polyurethane emulsion, a thickening agent, a curing agent, rosin modified epoxy resin, a antifoaming agent, graphene, cottonseed oil and ceramic micro powder into a reaction kettle according to a mass ratio, mixing, fully stirring and carrying out homogenization treatment, where the homogenization treatment adopts a stirring speed of 5800 rotations/minute (rpm), the stirring time is 45-55 minutes and the reaction is carried out at the temperature of 45-60 degrees C, under normal pressure, and (v) carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain suspension in the high-speed stirrer through a centrifuge at 2000-5000 G.
