NOVELTY - Lightweight and impact-resistant maintenance cabin board comprises an upper deck and a lower deck that are connected to each other. The material of the upper deck is a graphene oxide modified carbon fiber-resin complex material. The material of the lower deck is a graphene reinforced metal material. The graphene oxide in graphene oxide modified carbon fiber-resin complex material accounts for 0.4-0.6 wt.% of the graphene oxide modified carbon fiber by mass. The graphene in the graphene-enhanced metal material accounts for 0.6-0.8 vol.% of the graphene-enhanced metal material. USE - The cabin board is useful for vehicle maintenance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cabin board: has reversible and stretchable structure; can meet the needs of vehicle maintenance of different sizes; can set the position and size of the left and right reversible panels; improves the stability of the maintenance deck while expanding the spread area as much as possible; is conducive to the smooth driving in and out of the vehicle; avoids the collision between the vehicle and the deck; reduces the thickness of the cabin plate; provides high impact resistance; reduces the overall mass of the cabin plate, which is easier to move and increases the service life.
