NOVELTY - Non-metallic solar photovoltaic support material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene polymer, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.2-4.8 pts. wt. nanomaterials, 1.2-3.6 pts. wt. composite flame retardant and 0.2-0.48 pts. wt. composite anti-aging agent. USE - Used as non-metallic solar photovoltaic support material. ADVANTAGE - The material: uses graphene, nanomaterials, composite flame retardant and composite anti-aging agent, which improves aging resistance, flame retardancy and strength of photovoltaic support material; is safe; and has high intensity and long service life. The method is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing non-metallic solar photovoltaic support material comprises (i) adding acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene polymer, then placing in a drying box, drying at 100 degrees C for 8-10 hours and taking out, and (ii) mixing acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene polymer, nanomaterial, composite flame retardant, composite anti-aging agent, adding graphene, mixing uniformly, transferring to a twin-screw extruder to obtain a functional master batch as non-metallic solar photovoltaic support material.
