NOVELTY - The method involves providing a graphene oxide/molecular filter imprinted film with a substrate. Graphene oxide molecules are imprinted on a main surface of the substrate. A syringe is provided with a syringe body and a needle filter. The syringe body is fixed with an injector to absorb liquid. The needle filter is connected with the injector. Metal nano-particles are added to the graphene oxide/molecular filter imprinted film by using the needle filter. Content of imprinted molecule in the liquid is detected based on Raman spectrum. USE - Propranolol graphene oxide filtering film imprinting molecule detecting method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving sensitivity, and realizing propranolol graphene oxide filtering film imprinting molecule detecting process in a simple manner, and reducing time consumption and manufacturing cost.
