NOVELTY - Transparent graphene ink comprises 10-40 wt.% graphene dispersion, 40-60 wt.% conductive polymer aqueous solution, 5-10 wt.% adhesion promoter, 1-5 wt.% surfactant and de-ionized water (balance amount). USE - The transparent graphene ink is useful for heating glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transparent graphene ink has high light transmittance, good adhesion and low square resistance, suitable to heating glass at low voltage energization and achieves effect of anti-fog, deicing and snow removal and is more practical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for (1) preparing transparent graphene ink, comprising (i) mixing de-ionized water, graphene dispersion and aqueous conductive polymer solution and dispersing ultrasonically, and (ii) adding adhesion promoter and surfactant during ultrasonic dispersion process and dispersing; (2) heating glass, comprising glass substrate, graphene ink layer disposed on one side surface of glass substrate and electrode disposed on both sides of graphene ink layer and connected to graphene ink layer; and (3) preparing heating glass, comprising (1) cleaning glass substrate, (2) coating transparent graphene ink on surface of glass substrate and drying, and (3) coating conductive material on both sides of graphene ink layer on surface of glass substrate and drying.
