NOVELTY - Preparing graphene anti-corrosion material comprises (i) providing 10-30 pts. wt. graphene material, 100-140 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 40-60 pts. wt. active pigments, 80-100 pts. wt. fillers, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersants, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. thickeners, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and sufficient solvent, (ii) mixing graphene material and dispersant, adding into the solvent, and fully dispersing to obtain composite slurry, (iii) adding epoxy resin into reaction kettle, heating, fully stirring, adding active pigments and fillers under stirring process to obtain mixture 1, (iv) adding the composite slurry into mixture 1, sealing the reaction kettle, reducing the pressure in the reaction kettle, and fully stirring to obtain mixture 2, and (v) adding defoaming agent, thickeners and film-forming auxiliary agent into mixture 2, heating and stirring, and cooling to obtain anti-corrosion coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene anti-corrosion material, which is useful in bridges. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene with good anti-corrosion property.
