▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Highly dispersible graphene thermally conductive aqueous coating comprises aqueous coating and modifier cellulose nanocrystal/flaky graphene suspension, where ratio of the cellulose nanocrystal/flaky graphene suspension to the aqueous coating is from 1-7:100. The mass ratio of flake graphene to cellulose nanocrystal suspension in the cellulose nanocrystal/flaky graphene suspension is from 0.1-2.5:100. USE - Highly dispersible graphene thermally conductive aqueous coating. ADVANTAGE - The highly dispersible graphene thermally conductive aqueous coating has surface hydroxyl groups of the cellulose nanocrystals which fully react with the surface active groups of the graphene sheets to make the graphene highly uniformly dispersed, synergistic effect of cellulose nanocrystals and graphene makes the thermal conductivity, impact resistance, hardness and adhesion of the coatings significantly improved, and has low cost, wide source, controllable process and good applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing highly dispersible graphene thermally conductive aqueous coating, which involves: (A) preparing ellulose nanocrystals/flaky graphene suspension; (B) mixing cellulose nanocrystals/flaky graphene suspensions with aqueous coatings; (C) coating modified water-based paint; and (D) drying and solidifying into a film to obtain final product.
