NOVELTY - A graphene anti-electrostatic coating comprises 10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 15 pts. wt. polyol, 10 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 8 pts. wt. triethylamine, 200 pts. wt. acetone, 0.25 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 0.4 pt. wt. nano-antibacterial agent, 5 pts. wt. graphene oxide aqueous solution, 0.4 pt. wt. vitamin C, and deionized water for emulsifying and dispersing. USE - Graphene anti-electrostatic coating used for wall, paper, leather, gas station, factory, marine and architectural coating fields. ADVANTAGE - The coating has simple technique, is environment-friendly and suitable for mass production, and has good antibacterial and anti-corrosion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the graphene anti-electrostatic coating comprising vacuum-dehydrating polyisocyanate, mixing and stirring, adding to pre-polymerization kettle under nitrogen atmosphere with polyol, heating, adding acetone, diluting to obtain polyurethane prepolymer, transferring to chain extension kettle, cooling, adding triethylamine and salt, adding dimethylolpropionic acid chain extender, performing chain extension reaction to generate high-molecular weight polyurethane, adding acetone to reduce viscosity, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution and deionized water, emulsifying and dispersing, adding vitamin C, heating and stirring, performing reduction reaction, adding defoaming agent and nano-antibacterial agent, fully stirring to avoid bubbles, and evaporating solvent.
