▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polysulfone/graphene oxide ultrafiltration membrane preparing method involves preparing amino groups functionalized graphene oxide (GO-NH2) by modifying the graphene oxide by coupling reaction of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) with hydroxyl on graphene oxide surface to obtain the GO-NH2, followed by preparing initiator bromine-functionalized graphene oxide (GO-Br), modified filler graphene oxide=grafted poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (GO-g-PHEMA) and blended ultrafiltration membrane. USE - Method for preparing a polysulfone/graphene oxide ultrafiltration membrane based on the atom transfer radical polymerization. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the ultrafiltration membrane with pollution-resistant, high flux, stable performance and better application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polysulfone/graphene oxide ultrafiltration membrane preparing method involves preparing amino groups functionalized graphene oxide (GO-NH2) by modifying the graphene oxide by coupling reaction of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) with hydroxyl on graphene oxide surface to obtain the GO-NH2. Preparation of initiator bromine-functionalized graphene oxide (GO-Br) is carried out by preparing 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide under the catalysis of pyridine and GO-NH2 and acyl bromide reaction to obtain initiator GO-Br. Preparation of modified filler graphene oxide=grafted poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (GO-g-PHEMA) is carried out by subjecting the GO-Br and hydroxyethyl methacrylate to atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) under the action of a catalyst. Preparation of blended ultrafiltration membrane is carried out by using the GO-g-PHEMA as an additive and adding to the polysulfone casting membrane to perform blend modification to prepare the blend by the none-solvent induces phase separation (NIPS) to obtain the finished product.
