NOVELTY - Preparing graphite framework containing graphene comprises e.g. (i) preparing graphite frame body, designing graphite framework data model by CAD software, by means of selective laser sintering (SLS) the flake graphite powder mixing to prepare the needed structure of graphite frame body; (ii) placing the graphite frame blank, primary baking, and secondary curing the graphite frame; and (iii) placing the secondary cured graphite frame body in the dipping liquid for dipping, taking out the graphite frame body, cleaning off the surface, then the excess resin in a drying box, drying, and baking. USE - The graphite framework containing graphene is useful for preparing graphite/metal based self-lubricating composite and graphite/polymer conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphite framework containing graphene has high strength, good lubricating property and conductive network structure, the graphite/metal based self-lubricating composite material falling graphite uniformly in the using process, and has a sufficient conductive path. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphite framework containing graphene comprises (i) preparing graphite frame body, designing graphite framework data model by CAD software, by means of selective laser sintering (SLS) the flake graphite powder mixing to prepare the needed structure of graphite frame body; (ii) placing the graphite frame blank, primary baking, and secondary curing the graphite frame; and (iii) placing the secondary cured graphite frame body in the dipping liquid for dipping, taking out the graphite frame body, cleaning off the surface, then the excess resin in a drying box, drying, then the graphite frame blank baking, taking out the soaked graphite sample when the oven is cooled naturally, repeating for 2-3 times, thus to prepare the dipping reinforced graphite framework, where the graphite skeleton composed of crystalline flake graphite powder, phenolic resin powder, graphene material, and through selective laser sintering method (SLS) to prepare the graphite skeleton.
