▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Spray gun comprises: housing capable of accepting propulsion device for propulsion of the material, where the housing accommodates reservoir for loading material to be deposited by spraying; and nozzle for directing the material to be sprayed by the gun, where the nozzle includes converging and diverging inner bore sections so as to enable propulsion of material at supersonic speed. The material is: in dispersion; in liquid; in liquid carrier; in solution; or powder. The material is as part of solution which comprises non-toxic solvents. The material is metallic, semiconductor and insulator two-dimensional (2D) materials. USE - The gun is useful in system for spray deposition of 2D material onto substrate surfaces so as to allow for subsequent laser patterning or etching of the material into metamaterial (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gun: is capable of hand held; produces good connectivity and self-assembly of layered materials across almost any desired substrate; has capable of providing layered materials with a uniform distribution; ability to produce the pattern at any depth desired; and deposits high quality large sheets of graphene multilayers and/or molybdenum disulfide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a system comprising the gun; depositing 2D material onto substrate system using gun; and performing laser patterning or etching of the material using system.
