NOVELTY - A heat-dissipation coating comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid resin, 15-25 pts. wt. phosphoric acid acrylate, 3-7 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 2-6 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 1-4 pts. wt. boron nitride, 4-8 pts. wt. diatomite, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. tourmaline, 1-3 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 1-2 pts. wt. sorbitol ester, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1.4-2.9 pts. wt. dispersant ,1-2 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 1-2 pts. wt. defoaming agent, and 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Heat-dissipation coating for computer housing. ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipation coating has excellent insulation performance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of heat-dissipation coating, which involves (1) weighing polyacrylic acid resin, phosphoric acid acrylate, polyacrylamide, aluminum nitride, boron nitride, diatomaceous earth, graphene oxide, tourmaline, dioctyl phthalate, plow sorbitol ester, nano-titanium dioxide, dispersant, carbon nanotubes, defoaming agent, and deionized water, (2) uniformly mixing aluminum nitride, boron nitride, diatomite and tourmaline, adding to a ball mill, and ball milling for 5-14 minutes to obtain mixed powder, (3) adding polyacrylic acid resin, phosphoric acid acrylate and deionized water to a reactor, heating at 80-90 degrees C, stirring at high speed for 30 minutes, adding polyacrylamide, dioctyl phthalate and sorbitol ester, and uniformly stirring, (4) adding the obtained product to a high-speed disperser, adding dispersant, carbon nanotubes, defoaming agent, product and obtained mixed powder, and dispersing at high speed for 15-30 minutes.
