▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing titanium dioxide/graphene composite material involves synthesizing graphite oxide by modified Hummers method, ultrasonically dispersing oxalic acid and graphite oxide in water/ethanol mixed solution to form graphite oxide suspension, ultrasonically dispersing butyl titanate and acetic acid in ethanol solution, dripping butyl titanate and acetic acid into the graphite oxide turbid liquid, continuously stirring the mixed solution at 50 degrees C for 3 hours and then leaving for 1 hour, centrifuging obtained mixed solution at 10000 rad, then washing with ethanol and deionized water and then drying in an air at 80 degrees C to obtain titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide precursor, and finally calcining in nitrogen, air and argon at 350-550 degrees C for 5 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium dioxide/graphene composite material for synthesizing cathode material of lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of titanium dioxide/graphene composite material with excellent capacity and cycle performance.
