NOVELTY - The system has split units connected through a transmission cabin. The split units and the transmission cabin are filled with inert gas. A material synthesizing device performs synthesizing process of a low-dimensional material. A material testing device tests and analyzes the low-dimensional material. The material synthesis device and the material testing device are connected with a main interconnection device through the transmission cabin. A material characterization device and a material sample preparation device are contained in the split units. The transmission cabin is connected with the split units for containing the material sampling device. USE - System for analyzing low-dimensional material e.g. graphene, transition metal sulfur compound and two-dimensional transition metal carbon and nitride preparation and structural physical property. ADVANTAGE - The system is compatible with preparation types of samples, and convenient for maintenance. The system integrates synthesis, characterization, preparation, and test analysis of materials, different devices are closely coordinated, the automation degree is high, full-cycle research is carried out on air and water oxygen sensitive materials, materials are prevented from deteriorating due to conversion of the working environment, and the development efficiency and research reliability of the low-dimensional material are improved.
