NOVELTY - Preparing conductive mica powder involves mixing mica and peracetic acid in solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:20, ultrasonically dispersing for 1.5-2.0 hours under high temperature environment of 100oC to obtain the first mixed solution, mixing graphene oxide powder, dispersant and radical trapping agent in weight ratio of 1:20:40 under high temperature environment of 90-110 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the second mixed solution, irradiating the second mixed solution for 1.5-2.0 hours, then adding the first solution, stirring and mixing at a speed of 120-150 revolutions/minute uniformly for 30-50 minutes to obtain the mixed solution, drying the mixed solution to obtain the solid mixture, adding the solid mixture in a grinder, grinding for 20-35 minutes, then putting into a stirrer stirring at the speed of 100-20 revolutions/minute for 1.0-1.5 hours to obtain the desired conductive mica powder. USE - Method for preparing conductive mica powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare conductive mica powder in a simple and an easy manner.
