NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dots involves taking polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and asphalt as raw material, crushing raw material in a crusher, and then performing oxidation of obtained material with strong oxidizing agent. The oxidized material is diluted by using deionized water. The obtained solution is subjected to high-speed centrifugation to get supernatant. The supernatant is filtered to obtain filtrate. The dialysis of filtrate is carried out to obtain graphene quantum dots. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dots (claimed).
