NOVELTY - Production of surgical gauze involves mixing cellulose acetate, graphene oxide, hydroxyethyl cellulose powder and deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to form mixed spinning solution, centrifuging mixed spinning solution, filtering, precipitating, filtering to obtain spinning solution, defoaming spinning solution, adding to wet spinning machine, metering, extruding spinneret, precipitating to form fiber filament, stretching to form fabric, shaping, processing, soaking fabric in hot water tank, de-boiler and bleaching machine, washing with water, heating, adding modifier, soaking modified fabric in mixed liquid comprising N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, hexamethylenetetramine, chitosan and water, adjusting pH of mixed solution to 3.5-4.5, washing fabric with water, dehydrating, opening, and drying. USE - Production of surgical gauze used in medical supplies industry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of safe and durable surgical gauze with improved bio-safety. The surgical gauze easily distinguishes blood during surgery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of surgical gauze involves mixing cellulose acetate, graphene oxide, hydroxyethyl cellulose powder and deionized water in a mass ratio of 2:1:5:23, ultrasonically dispersing to form mixed spinning solution, thoroughly stirring, centrifuging mixed spinning solution, leaving still overnight, filtering, precipitating, filtering to obtain spinning solution, defoaming spinning solution under vacuum conditions, adding wet spinning machine, metering in metering pump, extruding spinneret, precipitating in a coagulation bath to form a fiber filament, stretching to form fabric, shaping, processing textiles, soaking fabric in hot water tank, de-boiler and bleaching machine, washing with water at 85-90 degrees C for 45-55 minutes, heating at 95-100 degrees C, adding modifier, soaking modified fabric in mixed liquid comprising N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone, hexamethylenetetramine, chitosan and water, adjusting pH of the mixed solution to 3.5-4.5 using dilute hydrochloric acid for 3-5 hours, washing fabric with water, dehydrating, opening, and drying at 115-135 degrees C for 35-45 minutes. The coagulation bath comprises methyl acetamide, sodium sulfate and ethanol in a molar ratio of 3:10:55. The modifier is prepared by mixing 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, propylene alginate, glycerol diglycidyl ether and triazine diquaternary ammonium salt in a ratio of 1:1:2:5 for 15-20 minutes.
