NOVELTY - The cathode (10) has graphene material (11) which is provided with a solid electrolyte (12). The mixture of the graphene material and the solid electrolyte is provided. The solid electrolyte is provided with block copolymer based on lithium ion conductive and/or lithium ion conductive polymer such as polyethylene oxide-polystyrene block copolymer and/or polyethylene oxide-polyacrylate block copolymer. The solid electrolyte is a polymer electrolyte composed of lithium conducting salt such as lithium perchlorate and/or lithium tetrafluoroborate and/or lithium hexafluorophosphate and/or lithium hexafluoroarsenate and/or lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate and/or lithium trifluoromethane sulfonylimide and/or lithium perfluoroethane sulfonylimide and/or lithium bisoxalatoborate and/or lithium bisfluorooxalatoborate and/or lithium perfluoroethane phosphate. USE - Cathode for lithium cell (claimed) e.g. lithium solid cell used in battery and accumulator in motor vehicle such as electric vehicle, hybrid vehicle and plug-in hybrid vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The capacity retention of cell is improved. The improved cycle stability and life of the cell can be achieved. The energy density of cell can be increased. The cycle stability and service life of a cell can be equipped in a simple manner. The unwanted transformation of the graphene material to graphite can be prevented, thus, maintaining the special properties of graphene materials. The solid electrolyte encloses the graphene material, thus, ensuring good ionic contacting of the graphene material. The cathode is produced in a simple manner.
