NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene, involves adding carbonaceous material to concentrated sulfuric acid, immersing potassium permanganate powder in sulfuric acid, subjecting reaction solution to shear dispersion treatment or ultrasonic treatment to obtain pre-stripped reaction solution, adding deionized water to pre-stripped reaction solution, and filtering, washing resulting solid with hydrochloric acid, and drying, to obtain a black solid, blasting the black solid, to obtain crude graphene, and subjecting crude graphene to high temperature graphitization to obtain purified graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simplified and the production yield is high. The graphene is obtained with complete crystal structure with few layers and excellent conductivity. The production cost is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene, involves adding carbonaceous material to concentrated sulfuric acid, immersing potassium permanganate powder in concentrated sulfuric acid, and stirring the mixture at 20-30 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours, to obtain a reaction solution, subjecting the reaction solution to a shear dispersion treatment or an ultrasonic treatment to obtain a pre-stripped reaction solution, adding deionized water to pre-stripped reaction solution, without stirring, and filtering, washing resulting solid with hydrochloric acid, filtering and drying, to obtain a black solid, blasting the black solid at 300-1200 degrees C for 20-60 seconds, to obtain crude graphene, and subjecting the crude graphene to high temperature graphitization to obtain purified graphene. The carbonaceous material is in the form of a tube or a sheet.
