▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of polyurethane-base composite nitrile rubber dielectric elastomer comprises mixing graphene oxide coated nano titanium dioxide and superconducting carbon black and stirring for 20-30 minutes at normal temperature to obtain conductive filler; and mixing conductive filler, magnesium stearate, nano zinc oxide powder, and composite rubber particles, extruding and granulating for 2-4 hours at normal temperature, and standing. USE - The method is used for preparing polyurethane-base composite nitrile rubber dielectric elastomer. ADVANTAGE - The dielectric elastomer uses superconducting carbon black with very large specific surface area and high electrical conductivity, has enhanced interfacial polarization, effectively increases dielectric constant of the material without greatly increasing the elastic modulus of the elastomer, is conducive to reduce driving voltage during material application, and has improved safety.
