NOVELTY - Multi-phase composite enhanced low friction silicon carbide ceramic sealing material comprises 86-88 wt.% silicon carbide, 6-8 wt.% yttrium aluminum garnet, 1-2.5 wt.% graphene, 1-2.5 wt.% nano zirconium diboride, and 1-2.5 wt.% silicon carbide whiskers. USE - Used as multi-phase composite enhanced low friction silicon carbide ceramic sealing material. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic sealing material has low coefficient of friction, and high mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing multi-phase composite enhanced low-friction silicon carbide ceramic sealing material, comprising (i) mixing liquid dispersing medium, dispersant and binder raw materials, wet stirring for 4 plus minus 1 hours, adding defoamer, stirring for 30-60 minutes to obtain aqueous composite slurry, liquid dispersion medium: raw material = weight ratio of 1-1.2:1, dispersant accounts for 3.5-4.5% of raw material weight, the binder accounts for 3.5-4.5% of the raw material weight, the defoamer accounts for 2.5-3.5% of the raw material weight, (ii) spray-drying aqueous composite slurry to obtain silicon carbide composite granulated powder, (iii) sieving silicon carbide composite granulated powder, pressing to form silicon carbide composite blank body, and (iv) at room temperature, adding the silicon carbide composite blank body into vacuum pressure less sintering furnace, covering the surface of the silicon carbide composite blank body with yttrium aluminum garnet powder, under the protection of inert gas, raising the temperature to heating temperature of 1850-1950 degrees C for 4-5 hours, cooling, the multi-phase composite reinforced low friction silicon carbide ceramic sealing material.
