NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) oxidizing flake graphite, performing intercalation and expanding at high temperature to obtain thick graphene, (ii) melt-blending thick sheet graphene and high heat-resistant polyethylene resin, extrusion molding to obtain thick sheet graphene/polyethylene heat pipe, reacting at 20-40℃ for 20-120 minutes, performing high-temperature expansion at 300-600℃, controlling the system temperature at below 15℃, controlling temperature at lower than 30℃, where the high heat-conducting polyethylene comprising XL1800, P382RA, SM5500(Is the youngest and advanced scale in the celebrated 5500 family), and SP980(Is a high performance MDPE for hot and cold water pipe, and by using a new LG catalyst technology), melting and mixing at 160-190℃, extrusion molding at 180-210℃. USE - The conducting pipe is useful in preparing high performance heat conducting pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The conducting pipe: has good heat conduction, reinforcing, toughening effect; has high heat conducting coefficient and excellent mechanical property. The method: is simple, and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high performance graphene/polyethylene heat conducting pipe comprises (i) oxidizing flake graphite, performing intercalation and expanding at high temperature to obtain thick graphene, (ii) melt-blending thick sheet graphene and high heat-resistant polyethylene resin, extrusion molding to obtain thick sheet graphene/polyethylene heat pipe, where the thick graphene uses oxidant comprising ammonium persulfate, potassium permanganate, potassium dichromate, and/or nitric acid, the intercalating agent used in intercalation comprising sodium dodecyl sulfate, hexadecyl ammonium bromide, phosphoric acid, perchloric acid, sulfuric acid, boric acid, and/or copper chloride, reacting at 20-40℃ for 20-120 minutes, performing high-temperature expansion at 300-600℃, controlling the system temperature at below 15℃, controlling temperature at lower than 30℃, where the high heat-conducting polyethylene comprising XL1800, P382RA, SM5500(Is the youngest and advanced scale in the celebrated 5500 family), and SP980(Is a high performance MDPE for hot and cold water pipe.
