▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A dough-type raw using two-dimensional material comprises raw material (a) comprising graphene oxide and/or ceramic material, and ethanol. The content of the raw material (a) is 25-35 wt.% based on the total content of the raw material and ethanol. USE - Dough-type raw material using two-dimensional material used for manufacturing electronic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dough-type raw material has suppressed shape deformation without smearing or cracking, excellent cohesive force without binder or additive, flame retardant property, shielding property, conductivity and portability, is stored and transported safely and economically by making uniform amount of raw material into dough form and can be easily dispersed into a gel, and provides miniaturize electronic material having high packing density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: manufacture of the dough-type raw material, which involves (i) rapidly cooling a raw material solution containing the raw material (a) to 3-8 minutes, (ii) freeze-drying for 1-5 days to prepare a foam-type raw material, and (iii) preparing the raw material in the form of dough by adding ethanol to the raw material in the form of foam; and an electronic material.
