NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat conductive film comprises e.g. (i) mixing graphene oxide with water, then adding cationic surfactant (1-2 times the mass of graphene oxide), mixing, filtering, and drying to obtain pre-graphene oxide, (ii) mixing pretreated graphene oxide and isocyanate in a closed reaction vessel, reacting at constant pressure and temperature for 1-2 hours, opening the discharge valve instantly, discharging, and filtering to obtain pre-modified graphene oxide mixture, (iii) mixing pre-modified graphene oxide mixture with organic amine in a mass ratio of 1:5-1:8, stirring, and filtering to obtain modified graphene oxide, (iv) mixing modified graphene oxide with water, then adding cationic surfactant, and mixing to obtain modified graphene oxide mixture, and (v) heating modified graphene oxide mixture at 80-90 degrees C, and uncovering the film to obtain graphene oxide film, then heating and reducing the graphene oxide film to obtain graphene heat conductive film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heat conductive film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene heat conductive film comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide with water in a mass ratio of 1:50-1:80, then adding cationic surfactant (1-2 times the mass of graphene oxide), mixing, filtering, and drying to a moisture content of 2-5% to obtain pre-graphene oxide, (ii) mixing pretreated graphene oxide and isocyanate in a closed reaction vessel in a mass ratio of 1:10-1:15, reacting at constant pressure and temperature for 1-2 hours, opening the discharge valve instantly, discharging, and filtering to obtain pre-modified graphene oxide mixture, (iii) mixing pre-modified graphene oxide mixture with organic amine in a mass ratio of 1:5-1:8, stirring, and filtering to obtain modified graphene oxide, (iv) mixing modified graphene oxide with water in a mass ratio of 1:5-1:8, then adding cationic surfactant (0.1-0.2 times the mass of modified graphene oxide), and mixing to obtain modified graphene oxide mixture, and (v) heating modified graphene oxide mixture at 80-90 degrees C, and uncovering the film to obtain graphene oxide film, then heating and reducing the graphene oxide film to obtain graphene film i.e. graphene heat conductive film.
