▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of hyperbranched polyimide involves (1) weighing aromatic diamine and placing in a reaction flask, and feeding nitrogen into the reaction flask, (2) weighing the polar aprotic solvent and acid dianhydride and placing in the pressure swing dropping funnel respectively, (3) adding the polar aprotic solvent into the reaction flask, stirring and mixing until the aromatic diamine is completely dissolved, to obtain the reaction solution (A), (4) heating the reaction solution (A), adding the acid dianhydride in drops to the reaction solution (A), mixing, slowly adding a mixture of nano-conductive metal powder and graphene and continuously mixing, controlling the temperature at 100-120degrees Celsius, and stirring for 5-7 hours to obtain a mixture, and (5) vacuum-filtering the mixture and drying to obtain polyimide powder. USE - Preparation of hyperbranched polyimide. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method of polyimide powder does not require complicated washing process, shortens the production cycle, and reduces the production cost.
