NOVELTY - Producing edge oxidized graphene, comprises (a) adding graphite and oxidizing agent into strong acid solution, and oxidizing graphite surface, (b) washing by injecting water into graphite solution, (c) separating graphene by applying ultrasonic waves on washed graphite solution, (d) diluting with a mixed solution of graphene and graphite, and separating by precipitating graphite by allowed to stand for a predetermined time. USE - The method is useful for producing edge oxidized graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Te method is simple and environmentally friendly.
