▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene calcium carbonate nano sphere is claimed. The carbonate nano sphere is prepared by firmly fixing graphene on calcium carbonate nano sphere as core using copper ion formed by copper ammonia solution reduction. USE - The nano sphere is useful for reinforcing plastic (claimed), and for macromolecule polymer material of modified graphene interface to improve force performance, thermal property, electrical property, electromagnetic shielding, antibacterial properties, e.g. excellent performance of polymer nano composite material. ADVANTAGE - The nano sphere is dispersed in the polymer, has excellent reinforcing material, solves technical problem of graphene difficult to disperse the polymer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene calcium carbonate nano sphere comprising (i) taking graphite powder as raw material, subjecting to conventional graphene preparation method to obtain water soluble graphene oxide or graphene fluoride, then dissolving graphene oxide or graphene fluoride in deionized water in a mass ratio of 1:200-2000, mechanically stirring and ultrasonic processing for 30-90 minutes to obtain 0.5-5 g/l concentration of oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, (ii) firstly adding copper hydroxide into a container, adding 100-500 times (weight of copper hydroxide) deionized water and stirring for a period of time to settle copper hydroxide, pouring out the supernatant, precipitating, washing the precipitate for 5-10 times by distilled water, cooling the precipitated copper hydroxide in cold water bath to below 40 degrees C, adding ammonia water into precipitated copper hydroxide under stirring condition in a molar ratio of 1:2-20, where the concentration of aqueous ammonia is 0.1-0.5 mol/l, then adding 0.6-0.8% sucrose, oscillating to make sugar completely mixed solution until there is no precipitate, transferring into a brown bottle with plug, (iii) adding graphene oxide or graphene fluoride dispersion into spherical nano lime carbonate to obtain conventional commercial product, adding graphene oxide or graphene fluoride in a ratio of 1:0.5-10, then performing wet grinding to obtain suspension, in the wet method sphere milling technique is, the sphere material ratio is 1:4-8, the time is 1-2 hours, the purpose of wet grinding is further dispersed and peeling by the graphene oxide or graphene fluoride, spherical nano calcium carbonate is further dispersed, and the graphene oxide or graphene fluoride adsorption prepared in the step (iii) on its surface, (iv) adding step (ii) copper-ammonia solution and hydrazine hydrate into the suspension, high speed mechanical stirrer at a rotating speed of 180-300 revolutions/minute, then adding copper ammonia solution, where mol ratio of graphene oxide or graphite fluoride to copper is 1:0.1-0.8, then adding hydrazine hydrate, counted by N element, where the mol ratio of graphene oxide or graphite fluoride to N is 1:0.5-2, reducing graphene oxide or graphite fluoride into graphene, adding copper ion into the calcium carbonate formed to deposit copper, the graphene firmly attach on the surface of calcium carbonate to obtain graphene calcium carbonate nano ball, centrifuging the product, taking precipitate, washing with deionized water for 3-5 times, filtering and washing for 1-3 times until the mixture is completely washed away ions, and (v) cleaning the product of step (iv), and drying until water content reaches to less than 0.1 wt.% to obtain final product.
