▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing graphene oxide that is dispersed in deionized water. The graphene oxide in an inert atmosphere is quickly heated at high temperature to obtain peeling graphene. Plasma is processed to obtain modified graphene. Silicon/graphene composite electrode material is prepared. The modified graphene is set under 80-100 Pa pressure environment to generate four hydrogenated silicon gases. Temperature is raised to 700-900 degrees Celsius for 1-3 hours. The silicon/graphene composite electrode material is obtained by reducing the temperature to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing silicon/graphene composite electrode material of a lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables depositing silicon on the modified graphene and graphite so as to expand volume of a material, so that certain space is formed to buffer defect, thus utilizing the silicon/graphene composite material as lithium ion battery cathode material to improve circulation property. The method enables simplifying electrode material preparation process and enlarging application range of lithium ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a lithium ion battery.
