▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene composite nano copper conductive ink composition, comprises 10-80 wt.% graphene coated nano copper powder, 1-20 wt.% epoxy resin, 1-15 wt.% epoxy resin curing agent, 1-30 wt.% polyvinyl acetal, 5-30 wt.% organic solvent, 0.5-10 wt.% toughener, 0.5-2 wt.% defoamer, 0.5-3 wt.% antioxidant, 0.1-2 wt.% adhesion promoter and 0.1-1 wt.% thixotropic agent. USE - Used as graphene composite nano copper conductive ink composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition: exhibits high conductivity, easy dispersion and low cost; is suitable for mass production; and has small amount of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene composite nano copper conductive ink composition, comprising (i) preparing toughening agent system by mixing toughening agent and organic solvent to obtain toughening agent system having solid content of 20% and (ii) preparing the conductive ink composition by uniformly mixing epoxy resin, epoxy resin curing agent and organic solvent, then sequentially adding the graphene-coated nano copper powder and the toughening agent system, sequentially adding polyvinyl acetal, antifoaming agent, antioxidant, adhesion promoter and thixotropic agent and uniformly mixing to obtain graphene composite nano copper conductive ink composition.
