▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide/polyaniline/titanium dioxide ternary nanocomposite material involves mixing the graphene oxide with diluted acid solution and dispersing to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid. The titanium dioxide is added into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid and stirred to mix uniformly with the graphene oxide dispersion liquid. Aniline is added into the obtained solution and further stirred to mix uniformly with the graphene oxide/titanium dioxide dispersion. Ammonium persulfate solution is added dropwise into the solution and reacted. After the reaction is finished, the product is washed with ethanol and water, dried and ground to obtain the graphene oxide/polyaniline/titanium dioxide ternary nanometre composite material. The ammonium persulfate solution is obtained by dissolving ammonium sulfate in diluted acid solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide/polyaniline/titanium dioxide ternary nanocomposite material used in nano anticorrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene oxide/polyaniline/titanium dioxide ternary nanocomposite material that improves photo-cathode protection effect and chemical stability of titanium dioxide coating. The method is simple, easy and cost effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. graphene oxide/polyaniline/titanium dioxide ternary nanocomposite material; and 2. nano anticorrosive paint, which is prepared by mixing the graphene oxide/polyaniline/titanium dioxide ternary nanocomposite material, diluent, resin matrix and curing agent.
