NOVELTY - Purification of organic waste gas by electrocatalysis-biochemical combination involves treating organic waste gas, after removing dust feeding into an adsorption/electro-catalysis purification system, flow rate of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is unstable, absorbing and enriching the low-concentration volatile compounds by adsorption/catalytic composite material in the system, reaching the ignition concentration, starting resistance wire for rapid heating and ignition, burning, removing most of the volatile compounds, forming sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon dioxide and small portion of the compounds, feeding the tail gas into the bio-purification system again, deeply purifying sulfur, nitrocarbon and small portion of the unremoved volatile compounds in the tail gas through the process of culture liquid capture, bio-filler adsorption, microbial degradation, ensuring ultra-low emission, taking out the filler, and crushing for preparing microbial nutrient soil. ADVANTAGE - The method uses adsorption/electrocatalysis composite system coupled with bio-purification system which can deeply remove sulfur, nitrate and carbon in the organic waste gas and tail gas, and reaches the purpose of ultra-low emission for integrally and efficiently removing sulfur, nitrate and dust in industrial organic waste gas.
