NOVELTY - Adhesion promoting material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy phosphate resin, 8-15 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyester phosphate resin, 2-5 pts. wt. ionic liquid, 18-22 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone. The hyperbranched polyester phosphate resin contains terminal hydroxyl groups and terminal phosphate groups. The ionic liquid contains 1 octyl 3 methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate, 1 butanesulfonic acid 3 methylimidazole trifluoroacetate and N butyl N methylpyrrolidine bis-(trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide salt. The adhesion promoting material is prepared by dispersing each component under supercritical carbon dioxide conditions. USE - Adhesion promoting material used in water-based paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesion promoting material is applied to water-based coatings, and can significantly improve paint film adhesion, salt spray resistance, abrasion resistance, hardness, artificial hand sweat resistance and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) a method for preparing adhesion promoting material, which involves adding 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy phosphate resin, 8-15 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyester phosphate resin, 2-5 pts. wt. ionic liquid, 18- pts. wt. graphene 22 parts, 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, where hyperbranched polyester phosphate resin contains terminal hydroxyl groups and terminal phosphate groups, ionic liquid contains 1 octyl 3 methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate, 1 butanesulfonic acid 3 methylimidazole trifluoroacetate and N butyl N methylpyrrolidine bis- (Trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide salt;fully dispersing raw materials under the supercritical carbon dioxide condition to prepare the adhesion promoting material; and (2) a water-based paint, which comprises adhesion promoting material.
