▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Buoy (1) comprises a right side cover (10) of a cylindrical shape with one side open and the other side closed; a nonwoven fabric body formed by fitting a cylindrical left cover (20) with one side open and other side closed; an inner frame formed inside nonwoven body to preserve the shape of nonwoven body; and a polyurea coating layer formed outside nonwoven fabric body, and is formed by applying and curing a coating composition containing 25-35 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 0.5-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 0.01-4 pts. wt. fullerene, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene based on 100 pts. wt. polyurea, and 10-12 pts. wt. plasticizer containing triethylhexyl trimellitate, triisononyl trimellitate and triisodecyl trimellitate in a weight ratio of 1:0.1-1:10-20. The coating composition further comprises pigments, surfactants, auxiliary surfactants, organic solvents, defoamers, curing agents, auxiliary curing agents and/or dispersants. The nonwoven fabric is formed of polypropylene and/or polystyrene. USE - Used as buoy. ADVANTAGE - The buoy does not use Styrofoam (RTM: Closed-cell extruded polystyrene foam), thus it is environmentally friendly, and suitable as route markers floating on the water to indicate a route to help a ship safely navigate, or to warn that there is a dangerous object such as a reef or a sunken ship, indicates the position of objects placed in the water, e.g. tools or anchors used to catch fish, and maintains fishing nets in farms; and has excellent elasticity, impact resistance, water resistance, temperature stability and lightness. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of buoy. Buoy (1) Right side cover (10) Cylindrical left cover (20)
