NOVELTY - The device has an electric component (4) connected with a movable bearing part (5) in a sliding manner. Top of the movable bearing part is provided with a first dispersing fixing system (6). A back side of the moving bearing part on top of a working machine tool plate (3) is provided with a second dispersing fixing system (7). The top of the working machine tool plate is provided with a coating spraying system (8) for spraying a capillary. The coating spraying system is located above a middle position of the first dispersing fixing system and the second dispersing fixing system, where a middle part of the working machine tool plate is provided with a capillary surface detecting system (9). USE - Graphene capillary graphene coating repairing device. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes coating and repairing a surface of the graphene coating, and repeatedly disperses and gathers the coating, so that a damaged area of a capillary surface can be completely covered and repaired by the graphene coating. The device performs an effect of paint fastness detection on the capillaries and erases a redundant surface.
