▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A sulfur and nitrogen co-doped graphene supported nano-silicon three-dimensional electrode material comprises graphene doped with sulfur atoms and nitrogen atoms and nano-silicon distributed between the graphene sheets. The graphene has intricated three-dimensional network structure. USE - Sulfur and nitrogen co-doped graphene supported nano-silicon three-dimensional electrode material for battery. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional electrode material has excellent cycle stability, and electrical conductivity, and three-dimensional structure which reduces cumbersomeness of electrode sheet manufacturing process and is prepared by simple preparation process. The electrode material improves initial energy density, initial-cycle coulombic efficiency, cycle performance and rate performance of electrode in the lithium insertion-delithiation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the sulfur and nitrogen co-doped graphene supported nano-silicon three-dimensional electrode material, which involves using sulfur and nitrogen source doping solution, graphene oxide dispersion and nano-silica gel solution in ratio of 5-10:1.5:1.
